Domestic Programs

Career and professional development are integral parts of the IBEAR experience. The Domestic Experiential Learning Program consists of two 3-day treks to Silicon Valley and Seattle. Through a combination of industry-specific roundtables, company visits and networking receptions, participants gain insights into the ‘business of business’, as well as a range of career paths. Recent company visits have been to Amazon, Boeing, DellEMC, Facebook, Google, Samsung, Sequoia, Starbucks, Tableau, and Trianz among others; a portion of expenses are covered by alumni donations.

IBEAR’s domestic experiential program offers the students to learn up close about American business know-how from company and industry leaders.

While on these treks, the IBEAR MBA students also benefit from meeting IBEAR and USC Marshall alumni and their contacts – all critical assets to promoting career opportunities.
